To know the needs of the members and to treat them as of the highest priority at all times.
Systems
Every system and procedure shall be designed, as far as possible, and operated, as far as practicable to meet the needs of the members/customers; specific aims will include: convenience, accuracy, reliability, timeliness and simplicity of use.
Member Relations
It is the aim of CLICO Credit Union Management and Staff to establish and maintain a business that will be conducted efficiently and speedily. Pertinent information will be supplied forthwith, particularly when any sort of problem may arise.
Environment
All aspects of the premises, which are open to our members/customers will be maintained to ensure cleanliness, safety and convenience.
