We are excited to announce that CLICO Credit Union has been selected as an implementing partner in the 1st Caribbean FinTech Sprint for Financial Inclusion initiative which was recently launched by the European Union, Organization of African, Caribbean and Pacific States and the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and the Trinidad and Tobago International Financial Center (TTIFC) Fintech Hub with support from the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS).
This challenge aims to attract local and global FinTech companies with market-ready solutions to address identified problems that represent the challenges Trinidad and Tobago, and Eastern Caribbean Countries face in developing the digital payments ecosystem. By joining this initiative, we will have potential new access to advanced financial solutions and technology, enabling us to offer you even more innovative and convenient products and services.
We are very proud to be a part of a collaboration that brings together the financial ecosystem across the Caribbean to support innovation and financial inclusion. We are also excited to partner with other leading organizations such as NAMDEVCO, RHAND Credit Union, The Co-operative Credit Union League of T&T and DCash.
We encourage eligible applicants to submit a proposal for solutions that address the identified challenges.
