The Board of Directors and Management are pleased to advise that we have received approval from the Commissioner for Co-operative Development with regards to the interim payment of 75% of the proposed dividend declared for 2019. Our proposed rate is 5.5%. As such, a 4.1% dividend has been posted to all members’ accounts. The remaining 1.4% will be received after the next scheduled AGM at a date to be advised. As customary for those members who are in arrears, the relevant deductions will be made prior to disbursement.
Please note for all persons who previously made requests to have dividend cheques prepared in March 2020, this will be processed and ready for your collection via the following payment schedule:
Surnames A – F: Wednesday, 15th July 2020
Surnames G – M: Thursday, 16th July 2020
Surnames N – Y: Friday, 17th July 2020
Please be reminded of social distancing guidelines and the wearing of face masks. You will be required to have your temperature checked and asked to sanitize before entering the compound.
Members who requested to have funds sent directly to their bank accounts (ACH), please expect receipt of funds in your bank account from Thursday, 16th July 2020 as we require 48 working hours for processing. Email notifications will be sent advising when your funds have been disbursed.
Members wishing to transfer funds to their Shares, Deposit or Christmas Club, can do so via the online banking facility.
