As the date for the AGM has been set (April 21st, 2021), you can now pre-apply for your dividends!
You can send a request using the Online Banking Facility
Fill out the FORM and submit your request manually.
DECLARATION OF INTENT TO PAY DIVIDEND
The Board of Directors intends to declare a dividend for the period Jan 01 to Dec 31, 2020. This will be presented and ratified at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held virtually on Wednesday 21st April 2021 at 5:00 pm.
Members MUST return this form to the office either via email to or drop it off with a copy of their valid ID.
Thereafter where notification has not been received within 3 months of the date above, dividends will be applied to your Share Account.
Do note, members whose loans are in arrears, their dividend allocation will go towards their loan balance. Once this occurs members will not be entitled to reimbursement.
