New Year message from the President of CLICO Credit Union
Happy New Year 2022! For 75 years CLICO Credit Union has worked faithfully to help you, our members, achieve your financial dreams. From the first member we served in 1946 to each new member we welcome today, CCU is committed to improving your financial wellbeing.
During the past 12 months, COVID-19 continued to bring many challenges to our nation and the credit union. Like many other businesses, we have had to adapt and enhance the agility of our organization to counteract the constraints imposed by the Pandemic. I would like to commend our Management and Staff for their dedication which ensured that, as an essential service, CCU continued to provide the same professional service to our members as we have always done, whilst adhering to the government guidelines and in the face of personal loss.
Looking forward into 2022, we continue to work towards ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our staff, members, and visitors to our office. As a credit union, we rely on the credit union ethos to focus our attention on how we can continue to help our staff and members in as many ways possible. We will ensure that all of our products and services remain competitive, and members are made aware of these offerings through personalized financial education. CCU will continue to provide training opportunities and educate staff to enhance their ability to guide members in financial matters. With a very robust online banking application available to members, we continue to add functionality that will add value and convenience.
Our goal is to be your Life Partner for Financial Services and we are committed to building a strong relationship with you based on trust and service. We want members to feel so confident in us that they will refer their friends and family members to CCU when they need a financial partner. We want to be there for you because with each challenge we have faced, you have supported us. Our mutual commitment is reflected in the support received for the many changes that have facilitated the continued success of CCU. We look to the future with optimism as we travel this road we call “Life”, together.
