FAQS – online credit card payment
Welcome!
Before you begin using our CCU online credit card payment portal, please take a few moments on our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to assist with your experience. To complete your transaction, you are required to know the following:
- Your member account number
- If you do not have your online banking credentials, then click here to apply for them.
- Type of payment to be made
- The amount to be paid

Online Payments (13)
Yes, you must have your online banking credentials to access the online payment facility. If you do not have your online banking credentials, CLICK HERE to register.
Payment transactions that can be made are:
- Loan installment – Payment to Loans.
- Insurance payment – Payment for COLFIRE, Cred U Med, CUNA-FIP plans and policies
Payments take 2 business days to be processed. You can thereafter, login to your online banking facility to view your payment. If you have a question about your transaction you can contact us at onlinebanking@clicocu.com.
The Credit cards that are accepted:
- VISA
- MASTERCARD
No, this system only facilitates credit card payments.
All payments will be made in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD).
There are no additional CCU fees with this transaction. Please note your standard credit card fees will apply. You can refer to your Credit Card provider for details.
Yes, a Source of funds form is necessary for payments over $25,000.00. Once your transaction is complete, please send your completed and signed Source of funds form along with a valid copy of your National Identification, Passport or Driver’s Permit to onlinebanking@clicocu.com.
You will receive an email to indicate that your transaction is being processed. Alternatively, you can setup the “Alert” function within the Online Banking Facility to notify you upon any account updates.
This is not necessary as all transactions will be collated automatically. A summary of your payment will be sent to you via email.
The maximum payment is reliant on your credit card’s payment limit.

Yes. CCU has implemented an SSL Digital Certificate that authenticates our website and enables an encrypted HTTPS connection. This connection protects the exchange of valuable information you send or receive from our website in a private and secure manner.
