Damages: A refundable security deposit will be returned within 72 hours of departure, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning requirements. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees.
Vehicle Liability: Guests who park vehicles on the compound do so at their own risk. The property owners are not liable for any theft, damage, or loss to vehicles or their contents while on the premises.
