Nomination Forms can be collected at our office at #33 Edward Street,
Port of Spain, Unit 6, BWIA Blvd, Piarco Plaza or accessed on our
website at clicocu.com.
The completed form, together with a Curriculum Vitae (including a short
Bio), Passport-Sized Photo, Proof of Address and Police Certificate of
Character must be returned to the Chairman, Nominations Committee
by Friday, February 27th, 2026.
